I dont know what you were doiong at 6:00 am today but I was getting ready so that I could make it to the radio staio.  Why were you at the radio staion you ask?  Well we had the honor of giving the Rocket and Teresa morning show massages.  I can just tell you that they ALL needed it.  I think Ponch even took a quick nap in the chair.  We were there to help them promote a giveaway to a spa in Laguna Beach.  You can register to win at www.mix93.com. IT'S OFFICAL....

The Holiday season is upon us! If you are anyting like me this is the time of year that you seem to spend all of your energy on everyone else and none on yourself. This is the year I say NO MORE!!! Let's give ourselves back some much needed time and TLC.
